Roseline Fong, Associate Director, HSBC Private Bank Rachele was actually my ex-colleague when I was in Prudential. During our time together as colleagues, I found her to be someone very eager to learn, and has a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
When I decided to leave Prudential to embark on another career change, she was my natural choice to choose as my servicing adviser. I left most of my best clients with her too when I left, and am glad to know she has connected well with most of them till today. These past 9 years, she has also consistently updated me on my policies and any relevant changes, even though at times there was nothing in it for her.
When I met with an accident in Dec 2018 and she happened to see my FB post, she took the initiative to check if I could make a claim from my policies even though I had not contacted her. She then visited me at the hospital with the claim forms to help me file the claim.
When I was discharged and back home, she visited me again to follow up with the claim. With her committed assistance, my claim was successfully administered. I am indeed very grateful for her commitment and professionalism.
Rachele has this pleasant disposition that will make you feel at ease. I feel 'safe" entrusting my financial planning to her, as she is a trustworthy adviser who will put clients' interest before her own. She is also very helpful and has never failed to follow up on my queries, even if they are trivial ones. More than a financial advisor, she has become a trusted friend.
I heartily recommend Rachele, as she has done a great job for me; and I believe you will benefit from meeting her as well.
Thank you Rachele and I wish her success and higher heights in your profession. |
